Good Morning! Be encouraged today, welcome home!
Matthew 11:28-30 declares, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
God invites us to talk to him and bring to him what concerns us. We don't have to get our act together first. It is his nature to be loving and accepting when we go to him. God loves us so much that He is willing to forgive us of our sins. No matter what you’ve done, Jesus welcomes you with open arms. If you’ve left home for any reason, I want to invite you to return home to a place where the Father has His arms open, where He’s ready to welcome you, embrace you and accept you because you’ve come back to Him. I don’t care how bad it is. I don’t care how low you’ve sunk. I don’t care how deep the hole is. God knows how to reach down, pull you out, and clean you up. God is waiting just make a decision this morning to return home.
Morning Prayer: Lord God, thank you for being a merciful, compassionate, and loving God. I pray this morning that you prick the hearts of man and restore their faith back unto you. For those who believe they are far away from home, stretch out your hand of grace so they return safely back into your loving arms. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
