Good Morning! Be encouraged today, stop making excuses!
But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. ~ Jeremiah 1:7
We all at some point in our lives have made all types of excuses not to obey the voice of God! It’s too hard. I am tired. I am too old. I am too young. I don’t have the resources. No one will support me. God says, it’s time we stop making excuses and do exactly what he has called and ordained us to do. Stop worrying and step out on faith, trusting that God has already equipped you with the resources, favor, talents, gifts, intellect, knowledge, and wisdom to complete your assignment. It’s time to get moving and start the new adventure(s) God has placed in your heart.
Morning Prayer: Father God, help me to stop making excuses as to why you can’t use me. Please forgive me for my disobedience for not allowing You to use me as You desire. I come against all excuses and rebuke them in the name of Jesus. I reject all excuses and any further delay. I was created for Your glory to serve and worship You in Spirit and Truth. Therefore, I embrace with an open heart what You are calling me to do in Jesus’ name. Amen.
