Good Morning! Be encouraged today, walk in the peace of God!
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.” Colossians 3:15
God never intended for us to carry our own burdens. He wants to carry them for us. Don’t allow worry to control your life. Make a decision today to walk in God’s peace by letting his peace rule in your life and choosing to set your thoughts on the promises of God that he will keep you in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on him, because you’ve put your trust in Him the Prince of Peace.
Morning Prayer: Father God, thank you for the gift of peace! It is Your perfect will that we live with nothing missing or nothing broken. Therefore, I pray this morning for Your peace that surpasses all understanding rules and abides in our mind, body, soul, and spirit. Make us an instrument of Your peace in our homes, churches, schools; everywhere the sole of our feet tread. Where there is hatred and discord, let us sow your peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
