Good Morning! Be encouraged today, Jesus is enough!
Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all. ~ 1 Corinthians 15:28
“Jesus is enough for me!” Do you believe this? Probably you would say that you do. I challenge you today to list out your life priorities. I can imagine that many of us will write “Love God” or “Follow Jesus Christ” at the top of our list. My question for you is: Have you organized your whole life around being devoted to Jesus? Is your relationship with Jesus the operational source of your well-being and identity? Do you rely on Jesus to fulfill your every need? If you answered No to any of these questions, then ask God to help you identify anything in your life that distracts you from Jesus and then as you picture that struggle or temptation pray, “Jesus is enough for me.”
Morning Prayer: Lord God in the precious name of Jesus, I pray that we make You our all and all for in You we live, move, and have our being. Jesus you are enough for me. Your love is enough. Your embrace is enough. Your breath is enough. Your grace and mercy is enough. Your correction is enough. Your favor is enough. Jesus you are simply enough for everything I need is in You. You are the joy of our salvation. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
