Is There No Balm in Gilead?

Good Morning! Be encouraged today, there is a balm in Gilead!

Is there no balm in Gilead, Is there no physician there? Why then is there no recovery For the health of the daughter of my people? ~ Jeremiah 8:22

Despite whatever condition we are in, or whatever misery or difficulty we are going through. I have good news, Yes, “there is still a balm in Gilead!” JESUS is the balm that can heal our sin sick souls and the wounded people of the world.

Morning Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for the blood of Jesus Christ that is the healing balm for our sick souls and cleanses us from all unrighteousness. For in Him, we live, move, and have our being. We are nothing without You. Lord God, the world is in so much pain and we need Your guidance, courage, and strength. You are the one we turn to for help in moments of weakness and times of need. Your word declares that you heal the broken-hearted and bind up their wounds. So then, please send forth your healing virtue amongst every nation, every hospital, every rest home, and every household. Restore this nation to full health, dear Father! Remove all fear and doubt from every heart by the power of your Holy Spirit, and may You, Lord, be glorified in our lives forever. In Jesus’ precious name we pray. Amen.
