The world in which we live is a dangerous place throughout, and always has been. But in Jesus, we can find hope that our earthly life will not finally end in death, but in unshakable joy and unending peace. When the enemy attempts to invade our lives by planting seeds of fear, keep your heart anchored in the peace of the Lord.
Morning Prayer: Lord God, thank you for being the God of peace. Even when the enemy comes in like a flood to invade our lives, we can hide in our secret place with Christ in God, safe at His right hand, far above this destructive and evil world and the arrows that flieth by day. As we move throughout today, grace us with your protection from all seen and unforeseen danger. I declare in the name of Jesus no weapon shall prosper against us. In Jesus’ matchless. Amen.
